The result is a curious quasi-pharmacy look and feel, and a shop that sells happy medicine in delectably designed packages.

But the sweetest thing Happy Pills does is brighten up your day and put a smile on your face. Based in Barcelona, the stunningly simple store fit-out and neat brand identity gives adults a lovely excuse to rediscover lollies. So delish. Surely too much of a good thing doesn’t apply to sweet shops, right?
