Bioplastic Planter

Getting back to nature

Here at .W, we like to think we’ve got the potential to be a bit green-fingered. However, having witnessed the suicide of too many plants to be entirely sure we’re not somewhat to blame, we’re keen on anything that shoulders some plant-maintenance responsibility on our behalf. And that’s where the genius of this bioplastic planter from Dutch designer

Bas Van Der Veer comes in. Made entirely from renewable bioplastics, the planter gradually biodegrades into the soil around it. Ingeniously feeding the tree as it slowly disappears back into the earth, the planter does the hard work for you. At the very least it gives you something else to blame if it all goes wrong.
