Lewis Fredericks

I can see clearly now

Glasses, and their sexy counterpart sunglasses, aren’t only handy for the old vision –  the latter protect our precious peepers from that delicious vitamin D devil. That’s why our eyes popped open when we set them on the handcrafted, sustainable eyewear from New Zealand outfit Lewis Fredericks – all made from the previously wasted by-product of recycled buffalo, ram and ox horn.

With a ‘waste not, want not’ ethos, the Lewis Fredericks team use a small-scale production process to make one-of-a-kind pieces that are as lightweight as they are durable. If their use of recycled materials wasn’t impressive enough, their classic clean designs will definitely get your attention. In our eyes, Lewis Fredericks ticks all the right boxes.
